What Do You Need For Free Printable Calendar 2024

Making this calendar is super easy and fun. All you need are a few things that you probably already have at home

1-Paper

You can use any kind of paper that is suitable for your printer. But we designed the Calendar for A4 size plain paper, as it is the most common and convenient size. A total of 7 Sheets will be required to print 12 months, the cover and the details.

2-Printer

You can use any printer that can print PDF files. Make sure to set the printer settings to duplex printing, so that it prints on both sides of the paper. Also, you should use the long-edge flip settings.

3-White Threads

You will need white threads, thicker is better. They should be long enough to go through the punch holes and tie a knot.

4-Sharp Needle or Nail

You will need this to make the punch holes on the paper. Alternatively, you can use a punch hole machine if you have one.

5-Magnetic hook or Stick Hook

You will need the magnetic hook to hang on your refrigerator or you will need a stick hook to hang the calendar on your wall. You can use any kind of hook that can stick or attach to your wall surface.

6-Knife or Scissor

You will need this to cut the threads after tying them. Optionally, you can also use this to trim the edges of the paper if they are uneven or trim the paper around the hole if you’re not using a machine.

Steps to Make Your Own Free Printable Calendar 2024

Now that you have everything ready, let’s get started! Here are the steps

Download the PDF file from our website. You can find the link at the end of this article.
Print the PDF file on your printer. Make sure to set the printer settings to duplex printing, so that it prints on both sides of the paper.
Make three holes on each sheet of paper using a sharp needle or nail or a punch hole machine. Follow the small circle marks on the paper as a guide.
Tie a thread through each hole on each sheet of paper. Make sure to tie a knot, so that it doesn’t slip out of the hole.
Tie another thread in the middle thread. This will be used to hang the calendar from the hook.
Cut off any excess thread using a knife or scissors. Optionally, you can also trim the edges of the paper if they are uneven or trim the paper around the hole if you’re not using a machine.
